We ship Monday through to Friday with an expected delivery period of 7-days. As soon as customer’s payment for product is verified, most of our orders get authorization for shipment within 24-hours.
All products are sent from our warehouse in Hong-Kong and can be shipped to locations all around the world. Our deliveries are handled by our logistic company.
All shipments are insured for full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, we always contact you prior to shipping to confirm that you will be available to receive the package.
Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can track your package. As soon as your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 8 business days of its delivery date. Shipping times vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
We do not charge for shipping cost from customers.
Yes it is, however this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. We do our best to get your package prepared and shipped out as quickly as possible usually within 24 hours of payment notification. Nevertheless, we advise that you allow 1-3 days period as processing time. Also, we occasionally experience days with very high volume of orders especially during holidays. Therefore, please allow up to 10 days for delivery of standard shipping during Christmas season.
Please note that we are only able to ship to the billing address listed on your credit card. If you would like to ship to an alternate address, you may contact us before proceeding to make any purchase. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Additionally, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover, Paypal and bank transfers, we DO NOT accept personal checks, cashier’s checks or bank checks, money orders or Western Union. Also, if an order is placed online with Paypal and the Paypal payment is not made within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please do not hesitate to inform us within SEVEN days of your package receipt. We will be glad to correct the problem immediately. Your business & satisfaction is extremely important to us! We double check your order for accuracy and we carefully wrap and pack everything to ensure safe transit.
At the moment, if the return is due to shipping damage or mistake on our part we will send you a prepared shipping label and replace the item at no charge, however, if the return is through no fault of ours you will be responsible for the return shipping and we will charge a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
